## Frequently asked questions

### What is Profik?

Profik is a platform that connects clients with PROs for cleaning in the Czech Republic. Clients post a job describing the work, PROs respond, and the client chooses who to work with

### How do I book a cleaning through Profik?

The client fills in a job — space type, size, timing, what the PRO should bring (equipment and cleaning supplies) and the client's price. The job is published, PROs send their responses, and the client accepts one and coordinates with that PRO directly in the app's chat

### How much does a cleaning cost?

The price depends on the scope and type of cleaning. The client sets their price in the job and each PRO either accepts it or proposes their own in a response — based on the size of the space, its condition and the equipment needed. The client pays the PRO directly, and Profik takes no commission from that amount

### What are credits in Profik?

Credits are the app's internal unit (1 credit = 1 CZK) that PROs use to pay for sending a response to a job — one response costs 5 credits. They are not electronic money and cannot be cashed out

### Can credits be refunded?

The fee for a sent response is not refunded. Refunds for credit purchases follow the law — email info@profik.app and we'll sort it out

### Do PROs need a trade licence?

Not necessarily. A PRO can offer cleaning as a business or as a private individual and is responsible for their own permits and taxes — Profik only connects people, it is not an employer

### Which cities does Profik operate in?

We're launching in Prague first, with more cities across the country coming soon

### What languages is Profik available in?

Both the website and the app are available in Czech, English and Ukrainian
